Xpdient has a small core team covering development, programming and client support, backed by a network of trusted specialists when projects require additional expertise.

Keeping the team small means clients have direct access to the people doing the work. We get to know the organisations we support, retain knowledge over time and can respond without everything having to pass through layers of management.

For many of our clients, we effectively become their external digital team.

We develop, host, support and improve websites and CRM systems for organisations that need them to work reliably and make sense to the people using them.

Sometimes that means building something new. Sometimes it means improving something that has grown complicated over many years. And sometimes it simply means being there when something goes wrong.

Whatever the project, our approach is much the same: understand the organisation first, use technology where it genuinely helps, and keep things as straightforward as possible.

Our background extends beyond programming.

It includes journalism, teaching and professional training, giving us a particular interest in language, information architecture, usability and the way people actually interact with websites and systems.

That means we are just as comfortable discussing a user journey, rewriting confusing content or training a team as we are diagnosing a Drupal problem or designing a CiviCRM workflow.
