For charities
More time for your mission, less on your systems.
Many charities keep their funding in spreadsheets beside their CRM. We bring the whole journey into CiviCRM: the people you help, the funders who back you, and the money in between.
What we do
From finding a funder to the final report, in one system.
“Show us who funds work like ours.”
Organisations doing similar work, who funds them, and which funders fit you best, from open 360Giving grants data.
“Never miss a deadline.”
Each application gets a plan dated back from the funder’s deadline, and moves on when the decision comes in.
“Show the funder where every pound went.”
Awards and instalments, budget lines, spending with receipts, checks against the funder’s rules, and a grant statement ready to send.
“Tell me what’s due on every case.”
Every case gets a plan with dated steps, and a board showing where each one has got to.
“Thank every supporter properly.”
Donations, campaigns and events in CiviCRM, with each supporter’s history in one record.
“Let us bring in what we already have.”
Spending from a spreadsheet template you fill in offline, checked row by row before anything is saved.

Behind the scenes
We do all the hard work, so it’s effortless for your people.
We don’t reinvent the CRM or the CMS. We build on Drupal and CiviCRM (proven open-source platforms with large communities behind them) and add our own extensions and apps, so everyone gets one coordinated, connected experience. Drupal, CiviCRM and our Case Kit extensions are free to use, with no licence fees. You pay for the work we do, not for the software.
